What does TiAlloy manufacture and supply?
TiAlloy is a specialty metals manufacturer and supplier based in Wuxi, China. Our range covers titanium, stainless steel and nickel alloys in plate, sheet, pipe, tube, bar, forging and specialty product forms. The manufacturing and supply scope is confirmed for the grade, product form and specification in your enquiry.
Can I buy from stock or place a production order?
TiAlloy supports both stock enquiries and made-to-order supply. Send the grade, dimensions and quantity so we can check material availability and any processing needed. Availability, minimum order quantity and delivery timing are confirmed with the quotation for your specific requirement. A listed grade or product does not mean every size is in stock.
Can you review custom dimensions or a fabrication drawing?
Yes. Send your drawing or specify the required dimensions, tolerances, product standard and delivery condition. TiAlloy reviews the processing route for the material and product concerned. Include any inspection or marking requirements that must be retained after processing; the agreed scope is confirmed in the quotation.
What inspection records and material documents can I request?
Specify the material test certificate (MTC), heat or lot traceability, dimensional inspection and any additional reports your order requires. PMI, NDT, third-party inspection and EN 10204 Type 3.1 or 3.2 documents are reviewed against the product and purchase specification. The document type, issuer and validation arrangements are agreed for the order.
Can one RFQ include titanium, stainless steel and nickel alloys?
Yes. You can send one bill of materials (BOM) covering multiple alloy families and product forms. Identify the grade, dimensions, quantity and standard for each line item. TiAlloy reviews availability, processing and documentation item by item, with the supply scope and delivery arrangements confirmed in the quotation.
What information should I send to request a quotation?
Start with the grade, product form, dimensions, quantity and delivery country. Add the required date, product standard, delivery condition and inspection documents if known. You can send a drawing or material list by email instead of retyping every item. If some details are still open, send what you have and identify the points you need help reviewing.
