Alloy C22 Document Package Checklist

Prepare the certificate, inspection and export details before TiAlloy confirms production.

Material identity: UNS N06022 / 2.4602 / Alloy C22 confirmed in RFQ and marking request. Form standard: ASTM B574, B575, B619, B622 or B626 selected by product form. Dimensions: OD, wall, thickness, width, length, diameter, tolerance and drawing attached. Condition: anneal, surface, pickling/passivation, straightness or finish expectation listed. MTC: heat number traceability and chemical/mechanical properties requested. EN 10204: 3.1 or 3.2 certificate type confirmed before order. Inspection: PMI, dimensional inspection, NDE, hydro test or third-party inspection stated. Application boundary: service medium, temperature and buyer validation requirement stated. Export: destination, packing, labels and shipping document requirements shared.
